Advocacy Chair

Responsibilities: Lead policy and legislative advocacy initiatives at local and state levels. Track and respond to emerging LGBTQ+ policy issues. Build coalitions with partner organizations. Develop advocacy strategies and campaigns. Mobilize community response to legislative matters. Guide organizational positions on policy issues.

Qualifications: Experience in LGBTQ+ advocacy, public policy, or government relations. Knowledge of legislative processes and policy landscape. Strong coalition-building and strategic planning skills. Understanding of intersectional advocacy approaches.
