Responsibilities: Lead membership strategy to grow and retain PFLAG Woodstock VA’s member base. Set goals for recruitment, engagement, and legacy relations. Oversee membership operations and data management. Guide communications and engagement initiatives. Direct member feedback collection and program improvements. Manage day-to-day membership operations including benefits, records, and PFLAG National reporting. Create recruitment materials and member communications. Maintain database accuracy. Support legacy engagement by reconnecting with former members. Track membership metrics and assist Chair with strategy implementation. Plan and execute member engagement initiatives including events, networking, and mentorship programs. Facilitate new member onboarding. Gather member feedback. Support community-building efforts aligned with PFLAG LA’s mission. Collaborate with Membership Manager on retention strategies.

Qualifications: Experience in membership development, community building, or similar roles. Strong strategic planning and leadership abilities. Deep understanding of LGBTQ+ communities and member engagement best practices. Experience in community engagement, program development, or event planning. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience in membership management, database administration, or customer relations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with LGBTQ+ community and nonprofit operations.
