Transgender Reading List For Adults

Questions about transgender issues, gender identity, and transitioning aren’t just for kids and young adults. Adults have plenty of questions about those issues, and several more besides: how best to help a child who’s questioning their gender, how to help a friend or family member in transition, how to be a good friend or ally, or how to navigate the many complex legal issues that surround being transgender. Hey, my name is Binx, thank you for your curiosity in my studio. This industry has been a constant for me since I was 17 years old. Originally from central Florida, I was fortunate to attend a dual enrollment program my senior year of high school and graduated from both cosmetology and high school in 2012. Following that, I gained valuable experience in various corporate and small salons before taking the exciting step of opening my own private studio in 2018, where I was well-known especially for my “vivid color” transformations.In 2022, I made the move to Winchester Virginia, driven by the desire to establish roots and create a strong foundation in a place known for its beautiful seasons and small-town charm. Since my arrival, I have felt the warm embrace of the Shenandoah Valley community; I am thrilled to share my creativity, skills, and passion for making others feel confident and beautiful at Alchemy Hair Studio.
