Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic partnerships with LGBTQ+ organizations, community groups, schools, healthcare providers, and corporate allies. Lead partnership strategy to advance PFLAG Woodstock VA’s mission across education, advocacy, and support. Build and maintain key relationships. Create partnership frameworks and evaluation metrics. Track and report on partnership outcomes and community impact. Identify and cultivate potential partners. Work with Fundraising Chair and Donor Manager on financial aspects of corporate partnerships.

Qualifications: Experience in partnership development, ideally within LGBTQ+ or social justice organizations. Proven success securing substantial partnerships. Deep understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and intersectionality. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of Shenandoah County’s, as well as surrounding counties, LGBTQ+ community landscape.
